Admission & Tickets

* All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by Black Casket Productions.
* Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket, unless otherwise indicated.
* Entry time is subject to operational flow and guest volume, regardless of time slot.
* General Admission and VIP tickets provide admission to the haunt. VIP tickets include priority entry but do not guarantee immediate entry.
* Black Casket Productions reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a guest from the attraction for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Safety

* The haunt contains theatrical scares, loud sounds, sudden movements, darkness, special effects, and other elements designed to frighten guests.
* The attraction uses strobe lighting effects that may affect individuals with photosensitivity or seizure disorders.
* Guests should consider their own comfort level and any medical, physical, or sensory limitations before entering.
* Guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, seizure disorders, respiratory conditions, mobility concerns, or other conditions that could be affected by intense theatrical effects should consult a parent/guardian or appropriate professional before attending.
* The attraction includes stairs, uneven surfaces, and moving components. Guests must exercise caution at all times and proceed carefully through all areas.
* Guests must follow all instructions from Black Casket Productions staff and actors.
* Running, pushing, climbing, or intentionally damaging property is strictly prohibited.
* Black Casket Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Age & Supervision

* Black Casket Productions is a frightening attraction and may not be suitable for young children.
* Guests under the attraction’s posted age requirement (16 years and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Conduct

* No weapons, alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, or other prohibited items are permitted inside the attraction.
* Harassment, threatening behavior, fighting, or inappropriate conduct toward staff, actors, or other guests will not be tolerated.
* Guests are strictly prohibited from touching actors or props at any time.
* By entering the attraction, guests acknowledge that actors may make controlled physical contact as part of the immersive theatrical experience.

Photography & Recording

* Photography and recording are strictly prohibited inside the attraction.
* By entering the attraction, you agree that no photography, video recording, or audio recording of any kind is permitted at any time, unless authorized by Black Casket Productions.
* Black Casket Productions may photograph or record guests for promotional purposes.

Weather & Cancellation

* Black Casket Productions may delay, modify, or cancel operations due to severe weather, safety concerns, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
* In the event of a cancellation, ticket options will be determined and communicated by Black Casket Productions.
